Tinubu loses Lagos to Peter Obi with 10000 votes

Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) has defeated Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) standard bearer to win the presidential election in Lagos state.

He defeated Tinubu after the votes were calculated from all the 20 LGAs in the state.Tinubu is a former Lagos governor and the state is historically his stronghold.

Peter Obi pulled a total of 582, 354 votes, while Tinubu has a total of 572, 606 votes.
