Nigerian Man Dies In His Sleep Hours Before His Flight to the UK To Start Master’s Programme

A Nigerian man, identified as Ugochukwu Okpani, shockingly died just hours before his flight to the UK to start a Master’s programme at Wolverhampton University. The young man secured a scholarship for a Master’s Degree programme in International Relations at the prestigious UK university.

According to friends and family, Ugochukwu went to sleep and never woke up.

The incident happened on Thursday, May 18th, 2023. Before his passing, Ugochukwu had announced his new achievement on his Facebook wall. He wrote: “It’s a wrap. Blessed by God Forever…Put my name on that wall. MSc mode fully activated.”
