Keyamo assures Tinubu of re-election, says 2027 polls “done deal”

The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has forecasted the second-term victory of President Bola Tinubu. Keyamo, on Sunday also stated that the People’s democratic party (PDP) in Delta state will fall at the next poll.

Keyamo made the statement at a welcome reception held for Great Ogboru in Ughelli North local government area of Delta State. Ogboru rejoined the All Progressives Congress after he defected to the All Progressive Grand Alliance, becoming the governorship candidate in 2023.

The Minister also commended Ogboru’s organic leadership for his sustainable political base over a long time even without Federal power. He expressed that the party Is looking forward to the future with more certainty because Delta APC is now united.

Keyamo thereafter urged APC stakeholders in Delta to support the party college of leaders for the party’s development. He noted that the state has a collective leadership and there is a presidential mandate to bring the party together.

Meanwhile, Ogboru while expressing his happiness at the welcome party, noted that when the party is united, divine blessings will come. He also appreciated President Tinubu for the opportunity given to him and pledged his support for the party.

According to reports, Delta APC chairman, Chief Omeni Sobotie, former APC women Leader, Hon, Stella Okotete among others graced the event
