Olukoyede gave the charge in Uyo, Akwa, Ibom State on Wednesday March 16, 2025, in a working visit to the Uyo Zonal Directorate of the Commission.
The EFCC boss affirmed that the staff need to keep their courage in order to keep faith with the fight against economic and financial crimes and other acts of corruption.

“This job is about sacrifice and we are all sacrificing to ensure that the end-goal is met. Don’t focus on what you will get and compromise your integrity. Even if you have nothing and you have integrity, you have everything”, he said.
He commended the staff for their hard work and focus, stressing that the Commission’s achievements in 2024 remain the highest so far in the history of the EFCC.
On arrival, he inspected a guard of honour and engaged staff on sundry issues pertaining to their productivity and welfare, assuring that their efforts would always be rewarded.
