The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) will be meeting soon to take a decision on the ongoing industrial action.
The President of the Union, Professor Emmanuel Osodeke revealed that negotiations with the FG Briggs committee have been progressive and going as expected.
Recall that the union (ASUU) announced last week that it has resumed negotiations with the federal government in a bid to resolve the impending crises.
On Thursday, Professor Osodeke said; ‘’We (ASUU) are meeting soon; we are having a follow-up, we don’t publicize our meetings, we want to do it quietly and then tell the public our decision.”
