Atiku Abubakar urge new movement to fix Nigeria

The former vice president and the flag bearer of the people democratic party in the 2023 presidential election, Atiku Abubakar has stated that the country needs to be re-engineered in order for citizens to enjoy the benefit.

He made this known during a coalition meeting held at the American University of Nigeria hotel in Yola on Tuesday. In the meeting attended by members of political parties, the pointed out that the country is no longer moving in the right direction.

The meeting was attended by members of different political parties from 21 local government areas in Adamawa State.

During the meeting, Atiku Abubakar said “We need a new movement that we can use to correct things, if we do not act this time, our children will become slaves in their fatherland.

“It is not yet time for me to speak on the politics of the country, but very soon I will break my silence on my political position and other things that are wrongly going on in the country.”

Atiku Abubakar also called on all Nigerians to be at alert for the progress of the country, adding that the new government will save the country from the shackles of hardship.

In addition, Atiku Abubakar further commended the organiser of the event, saying that the turn up from different local governments in the state is enough evidence that the citizens want a positive change in 2027.
