Former LASU Vice Chancellor, Hussein, Dies

Lagos State University’s former Vice Chancellor, Prof. Lateef Akanni Hussein is Dead.

The development was made known through the varsity Official Facebook page on Monday. Prof. Hussein died at age of 75 after a brief illness on Sunday Evening.

Prof. Hussein was a professor of Physics. He served between 2005 and 2011 as the Sixth Vice Chancellor of Lagos State University.

He will be buried on Monday according to Islamic rites.
