Following the false allegation made by its general overseer against one of its member about acquiring “Bsc” in law, Dunamis International Gospel Centre has released an official statement apologizing to her.

Earlier, Afrocover reported how the saga fermented lots of controversies and reactions from members of the public.

In a statement, Dunamis indicated that the testifier does not seem to poses a prowess of law degree holder.

“First, listening to the testifier’s expressions as it borders on basic spoken English, conveys the impression that the minimum standard expectation of a graduate, especially a graduate of Law was not met.”

However, this apology made by the church does not seem to sit well with some netizens.

Uncle Charles, a verified user of Twitter (now x) says the apology is despicable and arrogant.

Also, an online user with the user name Momo also said the apology letter is the worst he has ever seen in his life.

Meanwhile some believe the same way she was called a liar on the altar should be the same way she should be apologized to.

Also, Loud khan says the Pastor should made the apology as loud as the direspect”

Although Anyim Vera, the woman who was embarrassed, has publicly come out to inform Nigerians in one of her Facebook post, that she doesn’t hold any grudge against the ministry and she is grateful for the concern shown toward her.
