BREAKING: Scores feared dead as explosion hits Kano

The Sabon Gari area of Kano State has been rocked by an early morning explosion, leaving many reportedly dead.

The Kano State government confirmed the tragic incident to newsmen, saying the explosion truly manifested in the area.

 

According to the state government, the morning explosion unfolded at an Animal feed store in the Sabon Gari area of Kano

The State Commissioner for Information, Malam Muhammad Garba, however, said the government is yet to ascertain the cause of the explosion.

The State government wants residents of the community to remain calm as the government seeks to ascertain the level of damage, impact, and the root cause of the explosion.
