An Ikeja Special Offences court has sentenced Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju James known as Baba Ijesha to 16years of imprisonment for sexually assaulting a 14year old child.
Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo in a 2hour judgment sitting on Thursday convicted Baba Ijesha on counts of indecent treatment of a child, sexual assault, and attempted sexual assault.
Baba Ijesha was, however, discharged and acquitted of counts one and count six, which were: sexual assault by penetration and attempted sexual assault by penetration.
