A man named Oyenkachi Eze has accused a private hospital in Imo State of causing the death of his wife and child in the hospital’s birth unit.

In a post on X, Onyekachi stated that the clinic’s physician required quick surgery due to her bleeding.

The resident doctor contacted a colleague to assist with the segment, as it required additional personnel.

He claimed that they attempted surgery using YouTube video tutorials, which resulted in the death of his pregnant wife.

However, Imo State Police Command has launched an inquiry into the incident at Lebeche Hospital in Owerri to the determine cause of her death.

Meanwhile, Ajumba Stanley, a human rights activist, told the deceased’s spouse that justice would be served by conducting a comprehensive investigation

More videos have also surfaced online, questioning the clinic’s operation with the assurance of a probe, in an event that elicited strong reactions.
