Organizers of Africa’s Number 1 Reality show Big Brother Naija have on Tuesday announced the launch date of the show’s seventh season.

According to the announcement, the show will return with a double event on Saturday, 23 July and Sunday, 24 July 2022. The double launch event follows that of last year’s.

The shows will however air by 7pm on Africa Magic’s Showcase, Urban & Family channels; while the 24-hours streaming will broadcast on Channel 198 and 29 on DStv and GOtv, respectively. Additionally, fans can also stream the show live on Showmax.

Headlining this year’s sponsorship is the newly introduced Pocket by Piggyvest, while Flutterwave supports the show as the associate sponsor.

BBNaija Season 7 Prizes

The show organizers have taken things up a notch as the new grand prize is now worth 100 million Naira. The winner will receive 50 million Naira cash and an additional 50 million Naira worth of prizes.

The new prize further reiterates the show’s reputation as the reality show with the highest prize money.

Also, the seventh season will see the return of BBNaija ‘Ninjas’ and a live studio audience.
